Research Achievements
• Summarized the secondary flow structures of the semi-open centrifugal impellers, analyzed their distribution characteristics, formation mechanisms, and evolution patterns, and established a 3D model of secondary flow structures in semi-open centrifugal impellers.
• Conducted coupled simulations of centrifugal impellers with backside cavities, analyzed flow field characteristics and mechanisms within the cavities, and investigated the impact of backside cavity flows and leakage flows on centrifugal impeller performance, flow field details, and axial thrust.
• Finished the development of a l high-speed compressor test rig, achieving a maximum rotational speed of 80,000 rpm; Contributed to the development of China’s first high-speed dual-shaft compressor test rig; Designed a novel high-efficiency radial intake system; Completed the "Experimental Study of Two-Stage Centrifugal Compressors", including experimental research on dual-shaft two-stage centrifugal compressors.
